About Eric Tetschner

Since graduating from Babson College in 1985 with honors with a triple major in Finance, Investments and American History I have committed to helping clients with their personal financial planning needs.

As a multiple winner of the Five Star Wealth Manager award* I have demonstrated the skills needed to help you define and address your goals.

*Award based on 10 objective criteria associated with providing quality services to clients such as credentials, experience, and assets under management among other factors. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of 2013, 2015 and 2016 Five Star Wealth Managers.

As an Independent Investment Advisor Representative one of the benefits I bring to you is access to a nearly unlimited toolbox of products and services from hundreds of managers and investment companies.  I recommend what is appropriate for you, not what an investment bank or manager is trying to push.  This is all about you.

There are multiple approaches to pursuing your optimal growth and preservation balance, including:  guaranteed products, insured accounts, indexed or actively managed funds, stocks, bonds, options and many other vehicles to pursue your goals.  The approach depends on your objectives.

Primary areas of experience:

  • Portfolio review - review as needed and make changes or adjustments together that are best designed to address your goals.
  • Tax planning – strategies with products and innovative planning to help reduce capital gain, dividend, income and inheritance taxes.
  • Insurance planning – review of overall exposure and most beneficial ways to protect yourself, family and assets.
  • College planning - planning so your children or grandchildren have financial ability to attend school of their choice.
  • Retirement planning - design a comprehensive strategy to help you pursue all  your retirement goals.
  • Estate planning - for preservation of wealth from generation to generation
and creating a legacy, using properly structured insurance, trusts, investments, registration, beneficiary and ownership design along other vehicles.

As an Eagle Scout I learned the motto to BE PREPARED.  I also learned the value of being trustworthy - you will receive honest advice for your situation.

Thank you,
